Bonnie
5 Yrs Old

Haflinger Mare

Who needs an adorable project pony mare?!
Bonnie was rescued from an auction in November 2020

She has a wonderful brain, is not a spooky horse, and loves to learn
She takes everything in stride and has that lovely draft brain
During the auction she was ridden bareback in the auction pen
We are taking our time with her and making sure she has a solid foundation.
She is currently working under saddle and we are about to start doing ridden work
She weighs 820 lbs and can comfortably carry up to 165 lbs including the saddle.
She will likely continue to grow until around 6 years old but most likely won't be above 13.1-13.2hh
She is a stout girl that I think would flourish as a show pony, trail mare, or a dressage pony
She lunges over cross rails and enjoys learning and doesn't do anything silly.
She stands in cross ties and straight tied and to be groomed
Great for the farrier, trailering, for worming and vaccines
She is up to date on her Coggins, Vaccines, Worming, Teeth, and Farrier.
She lives out 24/7 with ponies, geldings, and mares, and also stalls perfectly.
She is for adoption now as a project with adoption fee subject to increase with training

Adoption Fee $1,500
